Overview

The trade refresher course will provide attendees with a revision of advanced trade functionality in the Sales, Purchasing and Inventory Management modules. After attending this course, you should be able to carry out those tasks covered in the agenda.

FINANCE REFRESHER TRAINING COURSES FOR DYNAMICS AX USERS: 10, 17 & 24 AUGUST 2010 

Koorb is pleased to announce our finance refresher training courses. Although the training will be held on AX 2009, the majority of the content will still be relevant to users of other versions.

The finance refresher courses will be held as three half day sessions. You are welcome to book either just the ones you wish to attend, or all three.  If you book all three you will receive a discount on the cost of the courses.

The inventory costing course will provide attendees with an in depth understanding of how inventory is valued in AX, and how to set up the item master file to correctly manage stock financially. In addition, it will cover the recalculation and close process, along with recommended reports to reconcile inventory.

Information for all courses
Parking: Onsite parking is limited, however we will endeavour to allocate a certain number of spaces for attendees on a first come, first served basis. There is metered street parking available for overflow, and there is also a nearby pay and display car park.

We will notify attendees of parking availability closer to the date, once we have an idea of numbers.

Refreshments
Tea, coffee and filtered water will be provided, as will morning tea.

Booking Terms and Cost
The course will cost $300 per person (GST exclusive).

Courses require a minimum of 5 attendees to proceed. If we have insufficient attendees we reserve the right to postpone your booking to the next available course, or cancel the training course. All registered attendees will be notified in advance should this be the case. Confirmations will be sent out 10 days prior to the course date.

We will require the following details for each attendee:
  • Attendee name
  • Job title
  • Email address
  • Contact number

Cancellation and Alterations
Booking alterations may be made until 10 working days prior to the course date. If a booking is cancelled within 10 days prior to the course date, the full course fee will be charged.

If a booking is cancelled prior to the 10 working day close off, a full refund is available.

The registered attendee may be substituted with another employee at no charge.

Invoicing and Payment
Training costs will be invoiced on the normal monthly invoice, subject to your standard terms of payment.

What do you need to bring?
Please bring a laptop, in order to access a training environment on the Koorb network.

You will be supplied handouts from the training, and a user manual. Pen and paper will also be provided.
