Nicholas is the Managing Director of Koorb Consulting. Nicholas's primary role is to develop new business opportunities for both customers and Koorb, as well as managing the ongoing relationship with Microsoft.

Prior to Koorb, Nicholas spent 15 years both as a Management Consulting Partner with KPMG and a Managing Director with BearingPoint. Nicholas has extensive experience in the successful deployment of ERP solutions.

Paul joined Koorb as a Director in April 2008.

His role within Koorb is to manage the Microsoft Dynamics AX business practise, from maintaining a day to day overview of the AX team and their ongoing projects and processes as well as provide account management services.

Paul has considerable experience as a senior executive, having undertaken roles including company director, general manager and executive director of finance and business development functions. His industry background includes Telco, IT Services, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing and engineering, with most significant experience in NZ, Australia and the UK.

Most recently Paul was CFO at Microsoft NZ and has been CFO of a number of other large organisations including Gen-i and GlaxoWellcome in Australia.
