Kristy's role as Microsoft Dynamics CRM Project Delivery Manager
sees her lead a team of five Dynamics CRM consultants. She has
considerable experience in ERP and Dynamics CRM implementation in a
large, complex corporate environment and is highly experienced
in modeling business process and identifying the software needs to
deliver the desired result to ensure the relevance of the
solution.
Kristy is passionate about delivering unrivalled customer
satisfaction and her infectious enthusiasm is demonstrated in
her project management style. Over the last three years she
has focused on Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation and design
across varying organisational types helping customers to optimise
business benefits, streamline processes and
deliver outstanding customer service.
Her extensive project management background includes involvement
within Farm IQ, where she led five projects totaling $57M. She also
has five years of Accounts Receivable Operations Management
experience, managing a team of 16 and a ledger in excess of $110M
PM, achieving unprecedented results.
Kristy is qualified in Change Management, has Business Process
Modeling Notation Certification from Deloitte, and an Associate
Diploma in Business Management.
