Dianne is Koorb's Customer Support Manager and heads a team
comprising of account managers who support our Microsoft
Dynamics AX, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft BI Solutions
customers.
Dianne is exceedingly structured and proactive in her approach
and delivers customer support with a high level of professionalism.
Her commitment is to ensure that customers consistently receive the
help they need within the desired response times. Dianne has an
operational background encompassing customer service, inventory
management, procurement and warehouse management.
Dianne has considerable experience across Dynamics AX including
six years with Esselte, the world's leading global office supplies
manufacturer, where she worked on a global AX implementation
project across 11 countries as Global Project Coordinator and
Functional Consultant. At the time this was the largest
implementation of AX in the world with 3000+ users.
Dianne has Microsoft Dynamics Certification in Trade and
Logistics and Finance.
